I do a great deal of Surfing and this type of Van works very well for me… I explained to Classic van what I was looking for… I went down and met with Josh one of the sales reps who spend a great deal of time helping me find the right van… I must say I’ve been buying vehicles for the last 45 years I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a van.. “Overall we like our new camper van. It was nerve wracking to purchase it sight unseen. For the most part we are happy with our purchase but there are a few problems with the unit. One of the problems we were reimbursed for by Classic Vans. We haven’t been able to get a second issue fixed yet (Macerator) because it has been difficult to find an authorized service agent who can get us in for an appointment. When I tried to winterize the van recently we discovered another problem with the water pump (in fairness to Classic Vans we have not told them about this yet). The van runs well and it has the features that we wanted in a camper van. Their service department has been responsive to our questions.”

“The only negative was getting there in morning traffic on the 880 freeway, but i called the office of classic van in route and was helped, put my mind at ease. Anyway i had all the paper work filled out and in hand, i was shown my new to me, 2015 Chevy van being washed(WoW) it looked better than the pictures. Serio and Marty went over every thing inside and out(Marty even changed out the antenna for the TV monitor). “Buying our conversion van through Classic Vans was a terrific experience! We were shopping online to look at what was for sale and inventories at dealerships. We had never considered buying online and having a van shipped. We were very apprehensive about the process of not physically seeing a van or test driving it. My husband made an email inquiry. Serio responded quickly and answered all our questions. I then spoke with Serio on the phone and he arranged a video call to walk my husband and I around the van showing us everything from the exterior to the engine and all that was inside. We were sold. Serio walked us through the process. It was straight forward and easy. Our van was delivered within the week of purchasing it. (We live in Chicago). We love the van! “We are very happy with our 2010 Pleasure Way RV. We searched extensively across the Internet, and could not find another dealer that had so many used Pleasure Ways to select from. We found trying to find good quality RVs at a good price was very difficult until we came across Classic Vans. Once we reviewed the selection of Pleasure Way RVs available, we started working with our salesman Serio. We didn’t want high pressure, and he delivered. He took his time with us, answered every question, and followed through on every concern. He was happy to give us a virtual tour and delivered across the country to the East Coast. The only negatives were that it was driven, so it added about 3k miles, wasn’t washed upon delivery, and we had to handle our state registration process. However these were minor inconveniences and outweighed by the support received. Especially when any unexpected issue arose, they were quick to address and resolve. We sincerely recommend Serio and Classic Vans.”
